My Approach

My Approach

My approach is integrative. This means I use a range of evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, to best support my clients. Psycho-education is a big part of what I do, because when we can understand our emotions and why they happen, we can learn to work with them, rather than hide or deflect from negative ones.
